Agent ID: the .ai identity read from the on-chain registry for a wallet.

Wallet connection: the browser's link to a wallet provider and selected account.

Session: a gas-free wallet signature authorizes a seven-day server login cookie.

API key: a scoped Bearer credential for server-side model and inference requests.

Topup: a payment for AI credit through CreditTopUp.topUp.

Credit: the off-chain USD-denominated balance used for AI requests.

Microdollar: one millionth of a USD, the ledger's billing unit.

Finality: the RPC's finalized block boundary used before crediting payment.

Indexer: Ponder's event reader plus the separate credit settlement worker.

Reservation: credit temporarily allocated before an AI request starts.

Available balance: credit that is neither spent, expired, nor held by pending reservations.

Lifetime budget: a key's cumulative spending ceiling, including pending reservations. Topups do not reset it.

Thinking level: Auto or a supported reasoning effort for Chat. Reasoning tokens count as output usage.

Local history: Chat conversations and drafts stored per wallet in the current browser.

Settlement: verification and accounting that convert a finalized payment into credit, or a request reservation into a usage charge.

Grant: one credit lot, including its amount, source, and optional expiry.

Legacy claim: a pre-existing reward or vesting right from the retired NFT product.
